Fort Dodge Choral Society is a non-profit organization that is supported primarily through membership support. Contributions are deeply appreciated and fund our concert expenses, purchase new music scores, and enable us to collaborate with other artists. Each gift strengthens our mission, gives voice to inspired choral music, and supports wonderfully intimate concerts. All memberships include free admission to concerts.

Friend level memberships receive 1 ticket; all other membership levels receive 2 tickets. At the door, tickets are $12. Students are always admitted free.

Fort Dodge Choral Society has enjoyed the patronage of multiple local benevolent organizations for many years, including but not limited to:

- The Catherine Vincent Deardorf Charitable Foundation

- The Ann Smeltzer Charitable Trust

- The Iowa Arts Council, through the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs

The Iowa Arts Council, through the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs, awarded a FY2022-2024 Cultural Capacity Building Grant to FDCS. Among the many requirements set forth by the State of Iowa, grants of this nature require that the selected organizations have a strategic plan which commits the organization to various goals which have the effect of enriching the community through vocal musical excellence. FDCS provided the details of its plan during the application process, and will be endeavoring to fully implement its plan over the course of the funding period. As a part of its Mission Statement, FDCS will be reaching out to other civic and cultural organizations to better coordinate how patrons in North Central Iowa can better enjoy both sacred and secular music.
